Stickerz turns your photos into sticker packs and hands them to WhatsApp, Telegram, or the iMessage sticker drawer. If something is not working, write to happydays.contactus@gmail.com — that address is read by the developer, not a queue.
WhatsApp requires at least 3 stickers in a pack and allows at most 30. The app says which rule is unmet when you tap Share. If you have the right number and it still refuses, make sure WhatsApp is installed and up to date, then send us a report from that screen.
Send a report from the failure screen, or email us with the pack size and one screenshot of the editor and one of the result. This is the fastest thing to diagnose from the outside.
No. A loop is exported as an animated WebP, which is WhatsApp's format. Telegram wants TGS
or WebM and iMessage wants APNG or GIF, so the app says so rather than quietly sending a still
frame. Loops go to WhatsApp, and to a .stickerz file.
The cut-out is done on the device. On iOS it needs a device that supports subject lifting; in some conditions the subject cannot be found and the whole photo is kept. Every mask decision is reversible: open the sticker, go to Cut-out, and use the brush to add or remove. The original photo is always kept, so nothing you do there is permanent.
Open a pack's menu and choose Export pack. That writes a .stickerz
file holding the photos and the edits. On the other phone, open the file, or use
Settings → Import pack. Android also backs packs up through the system's own cloud
backup, within its size quota.
A pack appears there only if it has stickers, is not an animated pack, and is switched on. Check Settings → iMessage stickers, which lists every pack and says why a greyed one is out.
Open Settings. Where a consent form applies to your region, there is an Ad privacy options row that reopens it. On iOS, tracking permission is also under the system Settings app, under Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Deleting a pack deletes its stored photos. Deleting the app deletes everything: there is no account and no server holding a copy. See the privacy policy for the full account.
Email is the whole system. Feature requests are read and do influence what gets built; bug reports with a device model and a screenshot get answered fastest.
